The Charlotte Crush Winter Training Set: This rigorous training regimen involves an intense series of swims: 10 repetitions of 200 meters, followed by 10 of 150 meters, then 10 of 100 meters, and finally, 10 of 50 meters. Notably, half of these sets—specifically every other swim—are performed at maximum speed, also known as AFAP (As Fast As Possible).

In a remarkable display of talent, Charlotte Crush, who is currently the top high school recruit for the class of 2026, made a significant impact at the Pro Swim Series in Austin. She secured victory in the 200-meter backstroke with an impressive time of 2:09.79. However, despite her triumph, Charlotte candidly expressed that her winter training has been quite demanding and may not even be fully concluded yet.
